access to meticulous color accuracy while ensuring efficiency when used correctly. Our GenMix software and its complementary programs
paired with our Topaz spectrophotometer and AC100- Automatic dispensing machine acts like the catalyst for the end user to significantly
increase the chance of “one-try” color matches while simultaneously minimizing product and time wastage.
What this digital platform consists of:
1)Santint AC100 – Automatic Dispensing Machine
- It guarantees precise dispensing with an accuracy of 0.015ml, which is equivalent to 1/3 of a drop of water, ensuring to achieve the desired color.
- AC100 can effectively minimize toner waste, thanks to its ability to achieve precise tinting according to the desired toner specifications.
- The AC100 automatic car-refinish paint dispenser ensures repeatable accuracy through One-Time calibration.
- The combination of a single-direction valve and a sealing ring offers efficient protection against toner volatilization.
2)GIMS Software (Stock and Inventory System):
- Synced and Linked to the color system software.
- It enables easy management of inventory, purchase orders, delivery orders, and price lists.
- Diverse inventory and price reports, to manage and track each product.
- GIMS efficiently manages suppliers, clients, and users’ accounts.
3)Topaz Spectrophotometer MA-3:
- The MA-3 spectrophotometer is designed to provide highly precise and reliable color measurements, ensuring consistent color reproduction.
- It measures the full spectrum of colors, capturing detailed color data across the visible spectrum.
- MA-3 might have USB or Wi-Fi connectivity options, enabling easy data transfer and integration with our software.
- The MA-3 spectrophotometer, is lightweight and portable, making color measurement on-the-go convenient.
4) USB Dongle – Color Correction Plus
- Increases color match using a new technology that filters results based on the GPI, and accurately corrects the formulation to achieve the target color.
- Multiple users on the same network can simultaneously connect to the USB, and benefit from the color correction solution.
- Support for MA-91 and MA-3 spectrophotometers.
